Engineering Leadership

Engineering leadership is the work of making technical direction executable. Not slogans, not process for its own sake: a sequence of decisions that a team can carry without losing the plot. I am interested in ownership, technical strategy, and what happens to an engineering organization when tools get faster than the review culture around them. AI changes the cost of producing a patch. It does not change who is responsible for the patch.
